मुंबई शहराचे हृदय म्हटले जाते ते दादर. याच दादर पश्चिमेकडे डी. एल. वैद्य रोडवर असलेल्या श्री स्वामी समर्थ मठाचा महिमा आणि अध्यात्मिक महत्व आपण जाणून घेणार आहोत. श्री अक्कलकोट स्वामी समर्थ महाराजांचा मठ अलिकडे दादर मठ नावाने ओळखला जातो. श्री सद्गुरु बाळकृष्ण महाराज सुरतकर यांनी २९ मे १९१० साली हा मठ स्थापन केला आहे. या मठात आज का होते भाविकांची गर्दी? या आहे या श्री स्वामी समर्थ मठाचे वौशिष्ट्ये? या विषयी दादर येथील श्री स्वामी समर्थ मठाचे ट्रस्टी डॉक्टर महारुद्र केकरे यांच्याशी आमच्या प्रतिनिधी पुनम अपराज यांनी संवाद साधला आहे. पाहूया ईटीव्ही भारतशी बोलताना काय म्हणाले आहेत केकरे. स्वामी समर्थांच्या मठात वाढतेय भाविकांची गर्दी मुंबई : दादर मठाची स्थापना सन ( 1910 ) ला झाली. दादर मठाच्या वास्तूमध्येच बाळकृष्ण सुरतकर महाराज हे राहत होते. बाळकृष्ण महाराज हे पेशाने शिक्षक होते. त्यांना तात महाराजांची साथ लाभली. तात महाराजांच्या सहवासात राहिल्याने बाळकृष्ण महाराजांना अक्कलकोट स्वामींचा दृष्टांत झाला. त्यानंतर अक्कलकोट येथील ब्राह्मणाच्या घरातून स्वामींच्या पादुका, वस्त्र बाळकृष्ण महाराज घेऊन आले. पादुका इथे दादरच्या मठात आहेत. तर, वस्त्र आणि पोशाख हे सुरत येथे मठात असल्याचे केकरे यांनी यावेळी बोलताना सांगितले. अलीकडे भक्तांचा येथे दर्शनासाठी ओघ वाढत असून, दरदिवशी अंदाजे २५ हजार भाविक स्वामींच्या दर्शनाला येतात, अशी माहिती केकरे यांनी दिली. स्वामींच्या या मठातील आकर्षण असलेल्या औदूंबराच्या झाडाचे भक्त आवर्जुन दर्शन घेतात. आज गुरुवारी भाविकांची दर्शन घेण्यासाठी मठात रीघ लागलेली असते. देशाच्या विविध भागातून भाविक आज स्वामी समर्थ मठाचा महिमा पाहण्यासाठी येत असतात. भक्तांची रीघ वाढल...

Ganagapur is the main place of lord Dattatraya. We visited this place and had very nice experience..we stayed in Trimurty residency, owner Datta Pujari 9980532880 is a priest in temple. Very nice clean accomodation. He helped doing puja , madhukari , pallaki seva at temple. Also served delicious home food at very low price. He guided us visiting nearby place, Sangama and kalleswar. Bhima Amaraja river sangam is very peaceful place. Under audumbar tree lord Datta did tapasya. Kalleswar another beautiful place, I did meditation here for 30 mins. Thanks Datta p pujari who helped throughout. Very satisfied with Ganagapur visit, plan to go again.. This place located in the vicinity of sena bhavan in dadar is dedicated to a saint called swami samarth. This saint was a ardent devotee of lord shree dattatraya. This place dedicated for this saint conducts daily vespers , chanting , readings of holy books & many spiritual activities. Once you visit you feel the vibes of the place fragrant & sacred empowering you spiritually. Thus this is must visit a place for people who are looking for peace & meditation.

Great temple. Always teeming with devotees. Very near to Solapur. Can stay there and visit Akkalkot Swami Samarth temple. Can complete within half a day. Little disorganised but can have the darshan of the swami without hassles. The employees are tough but adjustable. Although crowded, the darshan can be had in a few minutes. Go other than Thursdays and holidays. Mobile phones and belongings can be carried all the way till the end. There is a footwear counter. Nice parking, and small eateries dot the temple. Beggars can pester you, but they are not bad. Must visit. Swamy Samarth a great philosophical mentor, divine master, guru and Saint, lived here few centuries back and done years of meditation under a Banyan tree adjacent to which he was cremated after his passed away. This place will be worshipping as most holy place and devotees believe strongly that their prayers in front of Swamy Samartha's temple abode will be fulfilled by Swamy's spiritual soul power. Beautiful arrangements by temple maintaining authorities like wash rooms, shoe storage, water, distributing Prasad ( holy food offering to devotees) etc. A dias for cultural programs arranged inside temple premises next to Banyan tree. A must visit place for every Indian philosophical mentor places explorer tourists. It is always our luck to seek blessings of Swami Samarth Maharaj.
